Issue a record for every team you take in, under your own registrar name. Watch formation, rounds and standing across the portfolio from one place.

An accelerator vouches for its teams every day, by email and by reputation. On Entity.ID that vouching becomes a record: tarka-labs.yourname.entity.id says who formed it and who stands behind it. Each entity in the cohort carries its own standing, read from its own record.
You decide who gets in. An admitted team gets an address reserved under your name, the identity checks you require and the constitution models you allow. Alumni keep the address after the program ends.

The team walks the seven formation steps: name, purpose, members, ownership, terms, constitution, register. Members verify their identity and the split has to add up to 100%. The record goes live at an address that carries your registrar name.

Which teams have constituted, who is a member, which rounds are open and who has wired. Read it from the records themselves, not from quarterly update emails. Standing updates the day a record changes.

A registrar sets the terms of entry. Everything after that is the team's to run.
Team, constituted, members, round, standing. One row per record, updated when the record is. Follow-on investors, partners and banks read the same table from the Directory, so your cohort is legible before the first intro.

The Registrar SDK is in private preview. Tell us about your next cohort and we will set up your registrar name.
