Governance

Decide by the rules you wrote.

Proposals, votes and amendments, tied to the constitution you chose at formation. Every decision is on the record, with who voted and how it passed.

A proposal is the decision, not a note about it.

Any member with the right can propose: spend from the treasury, admit a member, change a clause, incorporate. The proposal carries what it changes. A passed payment moves the money. A passed admission opens the seat. The vote and the effect are one step.

The constitution counts the votes.

It says what majority a proposal needs, who may vote and how long the window stays open. Members vote in the dashboard and watch the tally. A passed amendment becomes the next version of the constitution, and the old one stays readable on the record.

Written in words. Followed by the dashboard.

Most companies decide in chat and ratify in a document months later, if ever. On Entity.ID the decision itself is the record.
