    Look it up

    Search the Directory by name or open the address the counterparty gave you, like tarka-labs.public.entity.id. The same address appears everywhere the entity does.

    Read the record

    Name, kind, registrar, formation date, members with roles, the ownership split and the constitution model, on one page. This is what every counterparty sees first.

    Check standing

    Member verification, the signed constitution and filings. Good standing is computed from the record, not declared. The Verify API returns the same answer to your software.
