Each member passes identity verification when they join, and the result travels with the entity. When something changes, a new member, an amendment, a round, the record changes the same day, signed and dated. Your systems are told. Nobody mails a document pack.

Ownership percentages are signed by the people who hold them. When an owner is itself an entity on the register, its owners are one step deeper on the same record. The chain ends at verified people, and the effective percentages add up.

The Verify API returns the record your analyst reads: entity, kind, registrar, standing, members with their percentages and verification, the constitution, the last change and a signature your systems can check. One call per customer, as often as you like.

Legal name, kind and date of formation.
Registered address and the registry that issued it.
Beneficial owners above a threshold, and who they really are.
Identity documents for each owner and director.
Who is authorised to sign, and under which rules.
Good standing, and whether it is still true next quarter.
The record header: name, kind, formed on, registrar.
The address, like tarka-labs.public.entity.id, resolves to the record itself.
Members with signed percentages, each resolvable to a person or another record.
Verification status and date on every member, carried from the first check.
Signers and thresholds, read from the constitution the members signed.
Standing computed from the record, recomputed on every change, readable any time.
The Verify API is in private preview. Tell us what you check today and we will show you the same check on Entity.ID.
