Quickstart

Have an email, social account, or wallet ready to sign in. Choose a name for your entity and know who should be included. You can explore the read-only demo from the login screen before creating anything.

Open app.entity.id and choose “Sign in or create account.” Continue with a wallet, email, or supported social account. Complete any profile information requested by the app.

Select “Form New Entity,” then “Form a Super Entity.” You can also open the new entity chooser directly after signing in. Choose “Register an AI Agent” only if you are registering an agent.

Enter the entity name and review its full Entity ID, including the registrar suffix. Check availability in the app. If a name has a price or requires a purchase, review the displayed terms before proceeding.

The solo quick flow uses three screens: Name, You, and Review & sign. Review the member information and ownership defaults. Use All settings when you need the full formation options; adding partners requires the full flow.

For a team, enter partner information, allocate ownership, and review the constitution. Make sure the people and permissions on the record match your intended organization.

Read the constitution and the acknowledgment shown by the app. Check the name, members, ownership, and any selected options before signing. Follow the confirmation state until the app reports completion; a draft is not a completed registration.

Find your record in All Entities and open Overview. From there, use Organization, Compliance, Finance, and the other available sections. Check your public record before sharing its URL.
