Use Entity.ID
Form a Super Entity
Understand names, members, ownership, the constitution, and completion.
Start a formation
Open Form New Entity and select Super Entity. The solo flow starts with Name, You, and Review & sign. Use All settings to inspect the full set of formation fields.
Names and registrars
Review the full Entity ID shown beside the name. The registrar suffix is part of the identifier. Two similar display names under different registrars are different records. Name availability and any purchase requirements are checked by the app.
Members and ownership
Confirm partner details and allocate ownership before signing. A solo record starts with the single member’s ownership default. Team formations collect each partner and the relevant management or signing roles; review those roles independently from ownership.
Constitution
The constitution defines the rules you are agreeing to. Review the selected model and the rendered document, including any enabled additional terms. Keep a copy of the final document from the record when available.
Drafts and completion
A saved or staged draft is work in progress. Review the app’s completion state and any required signatures or transaction confirmations. If a request times out, inspect the existing draft and entity before starting again to avoid duplicating work.
Incorporation
Jurisdiction and incorporation are separate from the initial formation. Use the entity’s Jurisdiction section to review the available next steps and their requirements. Do not describe an entity as incorporated until the relevant incorporation has completed.
